Our tangy, award-winning HOT GREEN SALSA is a favorite for both dipping and cooking. Each batch is handcrafted using Chef Gonzalo’s recipe from 1931. The traditional, spicy flavor comes from the fresh jalapeños and cilantro added to each and every jar. Our customers put it on everything, from enchiladas to macaroni and cheese. We are happy to officially take the honor of BEST TASTING GREEN SAUCE from the Austin Hot Sauce Festival. This is the same sauce served over the green enchiladas at Jaime’s Spanish Village Restaurant for almost 80 years. The tradition lives on.
