Our delicious HOT RED SALSA is a spicy, all-natural, Mexican salsa containing only the finest tomato, jalapeño, garlic, and salt. Each batch is handmade following Chef Gonzalo’s traditional home-style recipe originating in 1931 for Jaime’s Spanish Village Restaurant. This is the same sauce that was served at Jaime’s Spanish Village for almost 80 years. We haven’t had to change a thing, following the old adage, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
