Before it is opened, our fresh salsas can stay in your pantry and are shelf stable for up to 1 year. We don’t put any preservatives in it, but the way we jar it keeps the salsa tasting just as fresh as you would have had it at our old restaurant.

Once a jar of salsa is opened it must go in the refrigerator and will last for around 2 weeks.

Because we use real cheese, the queso must be kept cold at all times until you are heating it up for consumption.
